Type of project: Hotel Refit
Burnham Beeches Hotel, a charming Georgian retreat in the heart of Buckinghamshire, sought to enhance its reception and leisure areas with a fresh, inviting aesthetic. The brief called for a design that combined natural elements with functionality, creating a memorable guest experience.Crafting a Welcoming Space
Central to the transformation was a bespoke chestnut tree, featuring circular seating that encourages relaxation and social interaction. To complement the tree, we incorporated vibrant faux plants and artificial green wall panels, infusing the space with lush greenery while maintaining ease of care.
ChallengeMerging Style with Practicality
The key challenge lay in achieving a harmonious balance between the hotel’s historic elegance and a modern, nature-inspired design. Additionally, the elements needed to be low-maintenance to suit the bustling environment of a hospitality venue, ensuring they could retain their beauty without demanding constant upkeep.
SolutionBespoke Design Meets Innovation
• Custom Chestnut Tree: We designed a striking centrepiece with a bespoke chestnut tree and integrated circular seating, making it both functional and visually captivating. • Lush Faux Greenery: Vibrant artificial plants and green wall panels were carefully selected to blend seamlessly with the hotel’s aesthetic, adding texture and depth to the leisure spaces. • Low-Maintenance Materials: Our use of high-quality, durable materials ensures that the greenery remains vibrant and pristine without extensive care, perfectly aligning with the hotel’s operational needs.
